What Orger accesses
Org files
When you grant Orger access to a folder through iOS Files, Orger reads and writes the .org files directly inside that folder. Access uses Apple's security-scoped bookmark system. Orger cannot reach files outside the folder you select.
Orger does not upload your org files. Any cloud synchronization is performed by the document provider you selected, such as iCloud Drive or Dropbox.
Apple Calendar
If you grant permission, Orger reads Calendar events for the date range needed by the planner. Calendar data is processed on your device and is not transmitted to Orger servers. Calendar edits are saved through Apple's EventKit framework.
Apple Reminders
If you grant permission, Orger reads Reminders and displays them in the Inbox and Agenda. Reminder data is processed on your device and is not transmitted to Orger servers. Orger only creates an org copy when you explicitly request one.
Notifications
If enabled, Orger schedules local notifications on your device. They are delivered through Apple's UserNotifications framework without an Orger notification server.
What Orger does not do
- No analytics, telemetry, or tracking.
- No advertising and no advertising SDKs.
- No Orger account, login, or developer-operated sync service.
- No sale or sharing of personal data.
- No weather request in version 1.0.
In-app purchases
Orger Full Access is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Optional tips are consumable purchases. Apple processes transactions. Orger receives entitlement or transaction confirmation from StoreKit but does not receive your Apple ID, payment card details, or billing information.
Your choices
You can revoke Calendar or Reminders permission at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security. You can disable Orger notifications in iOS Settings > Notifications. You can disconnect the selected org folder from Orger Settings.
Children
Orger is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone.
